"A.M. No. 5987-Ret.- Re: Application for retirement of Judge Gabriel O. Valle, Jr.- Acting on the letter of Judge Gabriel O. Valle, Jr., applying for retirement under R.A. No. 910, effective September 27, 1987 and it appearing that on this date, applicant has more than 28 years of government service but he was then only 59 years, 3 months and 12 days old so he could not be qualified for retirement under said law and that he has an accumulated leave credit of 470 days which is more than enough to cover the deficiency of 8 months and 18 days to reach his 60th birthday and it appearing further that his services were terminated on January 9, 1987 as well as the memorandum, submitted by the Office of the Court Administrator dated March 21, 1988, the Court Resolved to DENY the aforesaid application for retirement under R.A. No. 910 for lack of merit."
