"A.M. No. 6022-Ret. - Re: Application for gratuity benefits of Judge Daniel T. Reyes. - The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for gratuity benefits files by Judge Daniel T. Reyes, Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Samboan-Santander, Cebu, effective February 2, 1987, Clearance requirements."
