�Re: Request for recomputation of longevity pay of Ombudsman Conrado M. Vasquez. - Acting on the letter of Ombudsman Conrado M. Vasquez, dated August 19, 1988, requesting for recomputation of his longevity pay as he is entitled to the maximum longevity pay allowable which is 25% of his basic salary, the Court Resolved to GRANT the aforesaid request of Ombudsman Conrado M. Vasquez and DIRECT the recomputation of his longevity pay to give him the full longevity pay of P1,718.75 a month based on his 25 years of service in the Judiciary or 25% of his basic salary starting September 3, 1983, the date of his retirement. Gutierrez, Jr., J., is on leave.
