Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated SEP 1 1988
"A.M. No. 6148-Ret.- Re: Application for retirement benefits of Judge Gabriel O. Valle.- The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for retirement benefits under R.A. No. 660, filed by Judge Gabriel O. Valle, Regional Trial Court, Laoag City, effective January 9, 1987, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements."
