G.R. No. 85899 (Re: Petition for correction or change of date of effectivity of retirement of Abelardo M. Aportadera, Abelardo M. Aportadera vs. Hon. Catalino Macaraig, Jr., et al.). - Acting on the report and recommendation filed by the office of the Court Administrator, dated January 2, 1989 in compliance with the resolution of December 8, 1988 on the petition for correction or change of date of effectivity of retirement of Judge Abelardo M. Aportadera, the Court Resolved to DENY the aforesaid petition for lack of merit.
