Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc January 12, 1989
"Retirement of former Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals, Justiniano P. Cortez). - Acting on the report and recommendation submitted by the Office of the Court Administrator dated January 2, 1989, filed in compliance with the Resolved to ALLOW former Associate Justice Justiniano P. Cortez of the Court of Appeals to retire under retirement law for judges, namely Section 1, R.A. No. 910, as amended."
