Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution  of the Court En Banc dated June 9, 2009

"G.R. No. 103727 (Don Mariano San Pedro Esteban vs. Court of Appeals) and G.R. No. 106496 (Engracio San Pedro, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.). - Considering that these cases were already considered closed and terminated in the resolution of January 20, 2009, the Court Resolved to EXPUNGE from the records the Pleading dated April 29, 2009 filed by Mr. Francisco C. Nieto, No. 166 Rizal Street, Pe�aranda, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, citing therein numerous cases including G.R. Nos. 123346, 134385 and 148767.

Considering that Mr. Nieto continues to defy the long-final ruling of this Court in these cases by his persistent invocation of the efficacy of Titulo de Propriedad Numero 4136, despite the warning given to him in the resolution dated November 18, 2008 in G.R. Nos. 123346, 134385 and 148767, the Court Resolved to IMPOSE on him an additional fine of P20,000.00 which, together with the original fine of P10,000.00, shall be paid to this Court within five (5) days from notice hereof, with a WARNING that should he fail to pay the fines within the said period, he shall be ordered arrested and imprisoned for ten (10) days by the National Bureau of Investigation."
