Philippine Supreme Court Resolutions

(a) NOTE the Letter dated March 23, 2009 of Thelma A. Mangilit, Cecilio B. Argame and Maricar M. Eugenio, informing the Court that they paid fine in the amount of P5,000.00 each on January 27, 2009 and not P500.00 as reflected in the resolution of February 10, 2009;

(b) REVISE the resolution of February 10, 2009, to read as follows:

A.M. No. RTJ-05-1952 (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Judge Norma C. Perello, et al.).-The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) Payment of Court Fine in the amount of P5,000.00 made by Radigunda Laman pursuant to the Decision of December 27, 2008, per O.R. No. 2279040 dated January 23, 2009; and

(b) Payment of Court Fine pursuant to the resolution of December 24, 2008, made by the following; Thelma A Mangilit P5,000.00 (O.R. No. 2279193); Cecilio Argame P5,000.00 (O.R. No. 2279194) and Maricar Eugenio P5,000.00 (O.R. No. 2279195); and

(c) NOTE the Remittance of Court fine in the amount of P40,000.00 deducted from the retirement benefits of Judge Norma C. Perello per O.R. No. 3225296 dated March 31, 2009 pursuant to the Decision of December 24, 2008."
