Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated December 4, 2007

"A.M. No. 07-3-69-MCTC.- Re: Letter of Atty. Louis F. Claver, Jr. Requesting Transfer of Hearing of Cases.- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) GRANT the request of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Mountain Province Chapter for the transfer of hearing of cases of the MCTC of Natonin-Paracelis to Bontoc, Mountain Province, with MODIFICATIONS recommended by Judge Angela D. Papa, to wit: (i) the hearing of the cases of MCTC Natonin-Paracelis shall be at Bontoc, Mountain Province during rainy season which is from June to December; (ii) the hearing of cases during the months of January to May shall be conducted at Natonin; and (iii) such changes on the transfer of hearings shall continue until further orders from this Court;

(b) AUTHORIZE the Presiding/Acting Judge of the MCTC, Natonin-Paracelis to bring along two (2) of the court personnel to Bontoc, Mountain Province, to assist in the trial of cases; and

(c) ENTITLE the above judge and the personnel to reimbursement of transportation expenses with per diems whenever they conduct hearing at Bontoc, Mountain Province."  Quisumbing, J., on leave.
