RE: REQUEST OF EXECUTIVE JUDGE NORBERTO J. QUISUMBING, JR., RTC, IMUS, CAVITE, TO DESIGNATE BRANCH 22 OF SAID COURT AS AN ADDITIONAL FAMILY COURT IN CAVITE.

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated February 12, 2008
"A.M. No. 08-1-58-RTC.- Re: Request of Executive Judge Norberto J. Quisumbing, Jr., RTC, Imus, Cavite, to Designate Branch 22 of said Court as an Additional Family Court in Cavite.- Acting on the letter of Executive Judge Norberto J. Quisumbing, Jr., RZTC, Imus, Cavite, requesting that Br. 22 be designated as a family court, the Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in its Memorandum dated January 15, 2008, to DESIGNATE Br. 22 of the Regional Trial Court, Imus, Cavite, as a special court for child and family cases. All child and family cases where pretrial has begun in civil case or where the accused have been arraigned in criminal case on the date of the designation, shall be retained in the branches where they were raffled while the rest shall be transferred to Branch 22."
