Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated September 9, 2008
"G.R. No. 183591 (The Province of North Cotabato, duly represented by Governor Jesus Sacdalan and/or Vice-Governor Emmanuel Pi�ol, for and in his own behalf vs. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines Peace Panel on Ancestral Domain [GRP], et al.); G.R. No. 183752 (City Government of Zamboanga, as represented by Hon. Celso L. Lobregat, City Mayor of Zamboanga, and his personal capacity as resident of the City of Zamboanga, et al. vs. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines Peace Negotiating Panel [GRP], as represented by Hon. Hermogenes Esperon, in his capacity as the Presidential Adviser on Peace Process); and G.R. No. 183962 (Ernesto M. Maceda, Jejomar C. Binay and Aquilino L. Pimentel III vs. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines Peace Negotiating Panel, represented by its Chairman Rodolfo C. Garcia, and the Moro Islamic Liberation Fron Peace Negotiating Panel, represented by its Chairman Mohagher Iqbal).- The Court Resolved to

No. 183591 (The Province of North Cotabato, duly represented by Governor Jesus Sacdalan and/or Vice-Governor Emmanuel Pi�ol, for and in his own behalf vs. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines Peace Panel on Ancestral Domain [GRP], et al.); G.R. No. 183752 (City Government of Zamboanga, as represented by Hon. Celso L. Lobregat, City Mayor of Zamboanga, and his personal capacity as resident of the City of Zamboanga, et al. vs. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines Peace Negotiating Panel [GRP], as represented by Hon. Hermogenes Esperon, in his capacity as the Presidential Adviser on Peace Process); and G.R. No. 183962 (Ernesto M. Maceda, Jejomar C. Binay and Aquilino L. Pimentel III vs. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines Peace Negotiating Panel, represented by its Chairman Rodolfo C. Garcia, and the Moro Islamic Liberation Fron Peace Negotiating Panel, represented by its Chairman Mohagher Iqbal).- The Court Resolved to
(a) NOTE and GRANT the Manifestation with Motion dated September 3, 2008 filed by counsel for petitioner City of Government of Zamboanga, starting, among other things, that during the oral argument on August 29, 2008, the fact surfaced that there are still six (6) previous agreements that was agreed upon by the Solicitor General be required to furnish original copies of the said agreements to this Court, and the petitioner and intervenors, or in the alternative, for the Solicitor General to confirm the three (3) past agreements attached to the instant Manifestation with Motion as faithful reproduction of those agreements;
(b) REQUIRE the OSG to SUBMIT to this Court certified true copies of the subject six (6) agreements within five (5) days from notice hereof, with copies furnished to all the parties; and
(c) NOTE the Manifestation dated September 4, 2008 filed by the OSG, starting that per Memorandum dated September 3, 2008 from the Executive Secretary addressed to the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, Hermogenes C. Esperon, Jr., the President has dissolved the GRP Panel effective immediately, and attaching thereto as Annex "A" a copy of the said Memorandum, and that this decision of the President is consitent with the respondents' position that the powers of the GRP Panel are merely recommedatory, and that the Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MOA-AD) will no longer be signed pursuant to the Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated August 28, 2008 to the Solicitor general."
