Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated June 29, 2010, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 176389 (Antonio Lejano vs. Hon. Court of Appeals, People of the Philippines and Hon. Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 274, Para�aque City) and G.R. No. 176864 (People of the Philippines vs. Hubert Jeffrey P. Webb, et al.).-Acting on the Letter dated June 18, 2010 of Atty. Zenaida Ongkiko-Acorda, et al., Ongkiko Manhit Custodio & Acorda Law Offices, counsel for accused-appellant Hubert Jeffrey P. Webb, the Court Resolved to
"G.R. No. 176389 (Antonio Lejano vs. Hon. Court of Appeals, People of the Philippines and Hon. Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 274, Para�aque City) and G.R. No. 176864 (People of the Philippines vs. Hubert Jeffrey P. Webb, et al.).-Acting on the Letter dated June 18, 2010 of Atty. Zenaida Ongkiko-Acorda, et al., Ongkiko Manhit Custodio & Acorda Law Offices, counsel for accused-appellant Hubert Jeffrey P. Webb, the Court Resolved to
(a) GRANT their request for copies of the following documents in addition to the documents they requested in their letter dated May 13, 2010:The Court further Resolved to DENY for lack of merit the Motion to Set Case for Oral Arguments dated June 23, 2010, filed by counsel for accused-appellant Hubert Jeffrey P. Webb in G.R. No. 176864." Carpio and Velasco, JJ., no part.(b) ADVISE aforesaid counsel for accused-appellant to COORDINATE with the Office of the Clerk of Court En Banc on the matter of securing copies of the requested documents, subject to payment of the appropriate fees.
(i) Motion to direct NBI to submit semen specimen to DNA Analysis dated October 6, 1977; (ii) Prosecution's Opposition to the Motion; (iii) Webb's Reply to the Opposition; (iv) Prosecution's Rejoinder to the Reply; (v) Webb's Sur-Reply; (vi) Order by the Trial Court denying the Motion for the DNA testing of the semen specimen dated November 25, 1997; (vii) Defense's Formal Offer of Evidence during the bail proceedings; (viii) Defense's Formal Offer of Evidence; (ix) Transcript of Stenographic Notes of Dr. Cabanayan dated February 7, 1996, pages 12 and 13; and (x) Signature page of Brief for Accused Webb filed with the Supreme Court; and
