RE: REQUEST FOR JUDGE FERNANDO T.A. BERNAD TO HOLD COURT SESSIONS AT HIS OFFICIAL STATION AT CULASI, ANTIQUE.
A.M. No. 90-8-1864-RTC.- Re: Request for Judge Fernando T.A. Bernad to hold court sessions at his official station at Culasi, Antique.- Acting on the request of the Sangguniang Bayan of Culasi, Antique in its Resolution No. 69-90, for authority for Judge Fernando T.A. Bernad, Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Antique to hold court sessions at his official station at Culasi, Antique, the Court Resolved to GRANT the aforesaid request of the Sangguniang Bayan of Culasi, Antique; (b) AUTHORIZE Judge Bernad to continue holding sessions at San Jose at least twice a week to hear criminal cases with detention prisoners, there being no place in Culasi where the prisoner can be confined during the trial; (c) AMEND the heading �Sixth Judicial Region�, entitled �Antique� of Administrative Order No. 7 to read as follows:
ANTIQUE
�1. Branches X to XII, inclusive, with seat at San Jose � comprising the municipalities of San Jose, Tobias, Fornier, Anini-y, Hamtic, Sibalom, San Remegio, Belison, Patnongon, Bagasong, Valderrama, Barbaza, Laua-an and Tibiao.�
(d) INSERT as new paragraph under the said heading to read as follows:
2. Branch XIII, with seat at Culasi - comprising the municipalities of Culasi, Sebaste, Pandan, Libertad and Caluya:�
and (e) TRANSFER all cases, both criminal and civil, arising from the municipalities of Culasi, Sebaste, Pandan, Libertad and Caluya, now pending before the Regional Trial Court branches stationed at San Jose to the new branch in Culasi, except cases already submitted for decision and criminal cases with detention prisoners, trial of which shall be heard by Judge Bernad in San Jose, Antique. Feliciano, J., is on leave.
