PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES VS. GILBERT REYES NAGAS
Sirs/Mesdames:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated September 29, 2009
"G.R. No. 157943 (People of the Philippines vs. Gilbert Reyes Nagas).- The Court Resolved to NOTE the 1st Indorsement dated September 22, 2009 of Atty. Enriqueta Esguerra-Vidal, Clerk of Court, First Division, this Court, forwarding the letter of Hon. Ramon "Red" H. Durano VI, Representative, 5th District, Cebu.
Acting on the aforesaid Letter of Congressman Durano VI, requesting for a copy of the decision of RTC, Branch 58, Cebu, in Case No. 52109, entitled People of the Philippines vs. Gilbert Reyes Wagas and herein docketed as G.R. No. 157943, the Court Resolved to DENY the request as Congressman Durano VI is not a party to the case."
