Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the First Division  of this Court dated 02 SEPTEMBER 2009

G.R. No. 162029 (Heirs of Don Mariano Lopez de Leon, namely: Toribia E. Lopez de Leon-Carrasco, et al. vs. Peltan Development, Inc. [New State Properties, Inc.]).- The Court resolves to NOTE the letter dated 29 May 2009 of Atty. Marcelo C. Amiana as counsel for Mr. Alberto M. Cayapos, atty.-in-fact of Mr. Pablo B. Cabrera, owner of a piece of land consisting of 235,294 square meters situated at Daang Hari, Las Pi�as. Metro Manila, addressed to the Clerk of Court, 3^rd Division, this Court, and DENY the request therein for a copy of G.R. No. 162029 in view of his intention to file an injunction case against the persons/owners of a piece of land that overlap the property of Mr. Pablo B. Cabrera, considering that neither Atty. Marcelo C. Amiana's client. Alberto Cayapos. nor Pablo Cabrera is a party to this case.
