RE: PROPOSAL FOR THE CREATION OF THE INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION DIVISION UNDER THE LEGAL OFFICE OF THE OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated 5 JUNE 2007
A.M. No. 07-4-6-SC.- Re: Proposal for the Creation of the investigation and Prosecution Division Under the Legal Office of the Office of the Court Administrator. The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office, to
A.M. No. 07-4-6-SC.- Re: Proposal for the Creation of the investigation and Prosecution Division Under the Legal Office of the Office of the Court Administrator. The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office, to
- REFER the proposed creation of the Investigation and Prosecution Division (IPD), its organizational structure and staffing pattern to the Office of the Administrative Services (OAS), the implementing office, for further proper action, study and recommendation within thirty (30) days from notice hereof;
- INCLUDE in the budget proposal of the Court for CY 2008 the proposed budget of the IPD in the total amount of P17,667,101.76, pending submission by the OAS of its study and recommendation on the creation of the IPD; and
- HOLD IN ABEYANCE, in case of approval of the creation of the IPD and its proposed staffing pattern, the hiring of personnel thereof until funding requirements therefore have been included in the regular appropriations of the Court."
