Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated September 18, 2007

"A.M. No. P-04-1820 [Formerly A.M. No. 04-6-134-MeTC] (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Clerk of Court Clarita Quintana-Malanay).- The Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of June 5, 2007 (not July 2007) which denied the Supplemental partial compliance with Motion/Prayer dated August 2, 2007 filed by Ms. Clarita Quintana-Malanay, for lack of merit.

Acting on the Memorandum dated May 25, 2007 of the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), the Court further Resolved to:

(a) NOTE the aforesaid Memorandum, which among other things, recommended that

(i) Clerk of Court Clarita Quintana-Malanay be again directed to:

1. DEPOSIT to Fiduciary Fund the total amount of P345,930.00 representing cash in bank shortages, falsified withdrawals and confiscated cash bonds which were not remitted to JDF and SUBMIT to the Fiscal Monitoring Division, OCA, the validated deposit slips, both within ten (10) days from notice hereof;
   
   
2. WITHDRAW from the Fiduciary Fund the amounts of P10,066.05 and P108,000.00, representing interest earned and confiscated cash bond, respectively; DEPOSIT the same to the JDF account; and SUBMIT to the Fiscal Monitoring Division, OCA, the validated deposit slips, all within ten (10) days from notice hereof;
   
   
3. SUBMIT within ten (10) days from notice hereof, the original Court Orders in the following cases, where bonds were refunded with unsigned court orders:

5. DEPOSIT the amount of P55,095.00 representing the balance of her accountability in the JDF, and SUBMIT to the Fiscal Monitoring Division, OCA, the validated deposit slips within ten (10) days from notice hereof;
   
   
6. ACCOUNT, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, for the missing Official Receipts which pertains to the Judiciary Development Fund covering the period from 1985 to 1993 and part of the series issued for the General Fund covering the period of 1 February 1997 to 31 August 1997; and
   
   
7. EXPLAIN within ten (10) days after receipt why did she forged or falsified the Court Orders of the following criminal cases to wit:
