RESOLUTION
After a review of the records, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in finding Evelyn Lamano liable for the issuance of five worthless checks dishonored upon presentment for payment, punishable under Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (B.P. 22) otherwise known as the Bouncing Checks Law. Petitioner's claim that her right to be informed of the nature of the accusation against her was violated for failure to indicate per Information the account from which each check is drawn does not hold. The Court finds the Informations filed against petitioner compliant with Sections 6 and 8, Rule 110 of the Rules of Court.cralaw
