In view of the separate manifestations of both parties, the Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court, San Jose, Antique is DIRECTED to conduct hearing/investigation on the case, to commence within ten (10) days from notice, and to submit his Evaluation, Report and Recommendation within thirty (30) days after the termination of the hearing/investigation.
