Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated November 1 1, 2008
"A.M. No. 08-19-SB-J (Assistant Special Prosecutor 111 Rohermia J. Jamsani-Rodriguez vs. Justices Gregory S. Ong, Jose R. Hernandez and Rodolfo A. Ponferrada, Sandiganbayan).- Acting on the Administrative Complaint filed by Assistant Prosecutor Rohermia J. Jamsani-Rodriguez against Justices Gregory S. Ong, Jose R. Hernandez and Rodolfo A. Ponferrada, all Justices of the Sandiganbayan, for Grave Misconduct/Conduct Unbecoming of a Justice/Conduct Grossly Prejudicial to the Interest of the Service, Falsification of Public Documents, Improprieties in Hearing Cases and Manifest Partiality and Gross ignorance of the Law, the Court Resolved to require the respondents to COMMENT on the complaint within ten (10) days from notice hereof."
