Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated   April 10, 2007

"A.M. No. 07-3-168-RTC- Re: Creation of the Province of Dinagat Islands from the Province of Surigao del Norte.- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) NOTE Republic Act No. 9355, otherwise known as the Charter of the Province of Dinagat Islands, and Republic Act No. 6769, otherwise known as an Act Creating the Municipality of San Jose in the Province of-Surigao del Norte;

(b) AMEND Administrative Order No. 7 dated February 11, 1983 to remove RTC, Branch 32 from the Province of Surigao del Norte and add the Province of Dinagat Islands to read as follows:

SURIGAO DEL NORTE

1. Branches 29 and 30, with seats at Surigao City -over Surigao City and the Municipalities of Alegria, Bacuag, Claver, Gigaquit, Mainit, Malimono, Placer, San Francisco, Sison, Taganaan and Tubod.

2. Branch 31, with seat at Dapa - over the municipalities of Burgos, Dapa, Del Carmen, General Luna, Pilar, San Benito, San Isidro, Santa Monica and Socorro.

PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

Branch 32, with seat at San Jose - over the municipalities of Basilisa, Cagdianao, Dinagat, Libjo (Albor), Loreto, San Jose and Tubajon.

(c) AMEND Administrative Order No. 33 dated June 13, 1978, particularly the paragraph SURIGAO DEL NORTE, to remove the 6^th MCTC and 7^th MCTC of Surigao del Norte as circuitized courts, and add another paragraph PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS and transfer the said 6^th MCTC and 7^th MCTC to the latter to read as follows:

SURIGAO DEL NORTE

CTRCUITIZED COURTS: 1^st Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Malimono-San Francisco; 2^nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Taganaan-Sison; 3^rd Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Placer-Bacuag; 4^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Claver-Gigaquit; 5^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Tubod-Alegria; 8^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Dapa-Socorrp; 9^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of General Luna-Pilar; 10^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Del Carmen (Numancia)-San lsidro-San Benito and 11^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Sta. Monica- Burgos.

PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

CIRCUITIZED COURTS:  6^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Dinagat-Basilisa and Cagdianao and 7^th Municipal   Circuit  Trial   Court  of Loreto-Libjo-Tubajon.

(d)    CIRCUITIZE the newly created municipality of San Jose with the  Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Dinagat-Basilisa and Cagdianao, with San Jose as the official station;

(e)    AMEND the nomenclature of the 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, 9^th, 10th and 11^th Municipal Circuit Trial Courts by designating the 6^th and 7^th  Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in the Province of Dinagat Islands as the 1^st and 2^nd Municipal Circuit Trial Courts to read as follows:

PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

CIRCUITIZED COURTS: 1^st Municipal Circuit Trial Courts of San Jose-Dinagat-Basilisa-Cagdianao; and 2^nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Loreto-Libjo-Tubajon.

and the 8^th, 9^th, 10^th and 11^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court as the 6^th, 7^th, 8^th and 9^th Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in the Province of Surigao del Norte to read as follows:

SURIGAO DEL NORTE

CIRCUITIZED COURTS:

(f) ORDER the amendment of all court records to conform with this development."
