"A.M. No. 12886-Ret.- Re: Optional Retirement Under RA 910 of Justice Marina L. Buzon, Court of Appeals, Manila.- Considering the Application for Optional Retirement under RA 910, as amended by RA 5095 and P.D. 1438 of ASSOCIATE JUSTICE MARINA L BUZON, Court of Appeals, effective March 19, 2008, and it appearing that applicant is entitled to receive the benefits under the aforesaid law, the Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to APPROVE the Application for Optional Retirement under R.A. 910, as amended by RA 5095 and P.D. 1438 of ASSOCIATE JUSTICE MARINA L BUZON, Court of Appeals, effective March 19, 2008, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements."
