Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated January 29, 2008

"A.M. No. 08-1-01-SB.- Re: Petition of Justice Godofredo L. Legaspi, Sandiganbayan, To Be Allowed to Tack in his Leave Credits to be Entitled to an Additional 5% Longevity Pay.- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) GRANT his request for the tacking of his leave credits to his judiciary service to be entitled to an additional five (5%) percent Longevity Pay or a total of Twenty Five (25%) Percent; and

(b) DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA to RECOMPUTE the retirement benefits of Justice Legaspi using as basis the Twenty Five (25%) Percent Longevity Pay, less the monetary equivalent of the tacked leave credits already received by him."
