Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated January 22, 2008

"A.M. No. 07-12-316-MCTC.- Re: Request of Judge Fredelito G. Pingao, MCTC, Sarat-Vintar, Ilocos Norte to Temporarily Hold Court at Vintar.- Acting on the request of Presiding Judge Fredelito G. Pingao, for authority to conduct hearings at the Hall of Justice of Vintar, Ilocos Norte, the Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) GRANT the request of Presiding Judge Fredelito G. Pingao, MCTC, Sarrat-Vintar, Ilocos Norte, for authority to hold office and conduct hearings at Vintar, Ilocos Norte, provided that the authority shall be for the meantime that the local government of Sarrat could not provide the court with a decent office space and courtroom; and

(b) REQUEST the local government of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte through the Mayor to PROVIDE the MCTC, Sarrat-Vintar, Ilocos Norte with a decent office space and courtroom, where the said court could hold sessions conveniently."
