RE: RESIGNATION OF JUDGE DONATO SOTERO A. NAVARRO AS MUNICIPAL TRIAL JUDGE, MTCC, BRANCH 6, CEBU CITY.
Sirs/Mesdames:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated January 15, 2008
"A.M. No. 07-12-309-MTCC.- Re: Resignation of Judge Donato Sotero A. Navarro as Municipal Trial Judge, MTCC, Branch 6, Cebu City.- Acting on the Letter dated December 3, 2007 of Judge Donato Sotero A. Navarro, MTCC, Branch 6, Cebu City, requesting that his suspension from the bench for a period of six (6) months in view of the decision dated August 28, 2007 in A.M. No. MTJ-06-1645, be considered instead as a suspension from the practice of law, or if the same is not possible, to consider his resignation effective immediately upon the end of his suspension, the Court Resolved to ACCEPT the resignation of Judge Donato Sotero A. Navarro effective February 28, 2008."
