Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated January 15, 2008

"A.M. No. RTJ-06-1974 [Formerly OCA IPI No. 05-2226-RTJ] (Carmen P. Edano vs. Judge Fatima G. Asdala, RTC, Branch 87, Quezon City and Stenographer Myrla del Pilar Nicandro, RTC, Branch 217, Quezon City).- The Court Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum dated December 21, 2007  of Court Administrator Zenaida N. Elepa�o and GRANT her request for clearance and authority to release and pay the money value of the accrued leave credits of Judge Fatima G. Asdala subject to the retention of P80,000.00 pursuant to the resolution dated DEcember 11, 2007, despite the pendency of nine (9) administrative cases filed against Judge Asdala as enumerated in the Clearance Certificate dated December 20, 2007 issued by the Docket and Clearance Division of the Legal Office, Office of the Court Administrator.

The Court further Resolved to DIRECT the Financial Management Office to RELEASE and PAY the money value of the accrued leave credits of Judge Fatima G. Asdala, subject to the retention of P80,000.00 pursuant to the resolution of December 11, 2007."
