RE: REQUEST OF REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGE JOSEFINO C. DIRECTO FOR LONGETIVITY PAY FOR HIS SERVICE WITH THE NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated MAR 24, 1988
"A.M. No. 88-1-4743-RTC. - Re: Request of Regional Trial court Judge Josefino C. Directo for longetivity pay for his service with the National Police Commission. - The Court NOTED without action the supplemental motion for reconsideration of the legal opinion or ruling disqualifying Judge Josefino C. Directo from longetivity pay filed by said judge dated February 24, 1988, considering that in the resolution of February 23, 1988, the motion for reconsideration was denied with finality, the basic issues having been passed upon by this Court in its resolution and no new substantial matters or reasons having been raised to warrant reconsideration."
