"A. M. No. 5937-Ret. Re:  Application for optional retirement of Elisa G. Bandolin. - The Court Resolved to APPOVE the application for optional retirement under R.A. No. 1616, as amended by R.A. No. 4968, filed by Elisa G. Bandolin, Stenographic Reporter, Regional Trial Court, La Trinidad, Benguet, effective May 1, 1987 subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirement."
