Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated MAR 8, 1988
"A. M. No. 5944-Ret. - Re: Application for optional retirement of Mrs Concordia O. Tizon. -The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for optional retirement under R.A. No. 1616, as amended by R.A. 4968 filed by Mrs. Concordia O. Tizon, Interpreter, Municipal Trial Court, San Isidro, Northern Samar, effective November 15, 1987, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirement."
