Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated MAR 3, 1988

"A. M. No. 5942-Ret. - Re: Application for disability retirement of Florencia C. Bisares. - Acting on the application for disability retirement under P.D. No. 1146, filed by Florencia C. Bisares, Staff Assistant II, Municipal Trial Court, Alicia, Isabela, effective upon approval, and it appearing that applicant, who is 28 years of service in the government, is suffering from mitral valve prolapse, cerebral infarct, superior segment, right parietal lobe and from the memorandum dated January 15, 1988 of Dr. Rosa V. Mendoza, Assistant Chief of Medical Division of this Court's Clinic, with the concurrence of Dr. Carmen C. Valero and Dr. Antonio I. Valero, recommending that applicant be retired under a permanent and total disability as well as the memorandum of the Office of the Court Administrator, dated February 29, 1988, stating that (a) the benefits are payable by the GSIS and not by the Supreme Court; and (b) under Section 15, P.D. No. 1146, Ms. Bisares shall receive the basic monthly pension for life as soon as the application is approved - to be computed by the GSIS which will pay the said benefit, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the aforesaid application under the aforecited law, effective upon approval, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements."
