Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated MAR 22, 1988

"A. M. No. 5938-Ret.- Re: Application for optional retirement of Elisa T. Martinez.- Acting on the letter of Ms. Salvacion  Tolentino, attorney-in-fact of Elisa T. Martinez, Stenographer III, Supreme Court (with attached special power of attorney) dated March 3, 1988, requesting for a change in the mode of the application for retirement of Ms. Martinez which was approved under P.D. No. 1146 on August 7, 1986 effective June 7, 1986 but payable at age 60, to gratuity benefits under R.A. No. 4968 which is more beneficial to her and considering that applicant Resolved to (a) GRANT the aforesaid request and (b) CHANGE the aforesaid application for optional retirement under P.D. No. 1146 to gratuity benefits under R.A. No. 1616, as amended by R.A. No. 4968, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements. " Gri�o-Aquino, J., was absent.
