"A. M. No. 5936-Ret.- Re: Application for gratuity benefits of Loreto C. Vega. - The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for gratuity benefits under R.A. No. 1616, as amended by R.A. No. 4968 filed by Loreto C. Vega, Staff Assistant II, Regional Trial Court, Manila, effective February 16, 1988, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements.
