Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated 7 AUG 2007

A.M. No. 07-7-377-RTC.- Re: Creation of Additional RTC Branches in the Province of Cebu to be Stationed at Talisay City.- Considering the enactment of Republic Act No. 9375 to amend Section 14, paragraph (1) and Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 by creating two (2) branches of the Regional Trial Court in Cebu Province and one (1) additional branch for the MTCC to be stationed at Talisay City, Cebu, the Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

1) IMPLEMENT RA 9375 by CREATING two branches of the Regional Trial Court at Cebu Province to be stationed at Talisay City, Cebu, to be denominated as RTC, Branches 65 and 66, respectively;

2) CREATE an Office of the Clerk of Court and the following positions in the two (2) branches, to wit:

3) DIRECT the Office of Administrative Services, OCA to SUBMIT to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) the newly created positions to be included in the Personnel Services Itemization of the RTC for inclusion in the General Appropriations Act for funding purposes;

4) Thereafter, DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA, to SUBMIT to DBM the funding requirements for the full implementation of RA 9375;

5) DIRECT the DBM to RELEASE the Supplemental Allotment Release Order (SARO) and the corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) for the full implementation of R.A. 9375;

6) HOLD IN ABEYANCE the organization of the RTC, Branches 63 and 64, Talisay City, Cebu until such time that the DBM has released the aforesaid SARO and NCA; and

7) AMEND all court records to conform with this development.
