Quoted hereunder; for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated October 16, 2007

"A.M. No. 07-10-489-RTC- Re: Creation of Two (2) Additional Branches of the RTC in Tacloban City.- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in a Memorandum dated September 25, 2007, to

1. IMPLEMENT R.A. 9373 by CREATING two (2) branches of the Regional Trial Court at Leyte Province to be stationed at Tacioban City to be denominated as RTC, Branches 43 and 44, respectively;

2. CREATE and RE-CLASSIFY the following positions in the Personnel Itemization Services of the Regional Trial Court, Branches 43 and 44, Tacloban City and in the Office of the Clerk of Court to conform with the Staffing Pattern of the RTC, to wit:

3. DIRECT the Office of Administrative Services, OCA to SUBMIT to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) the newly created and re-classified positions to be included in the Personnel Services Itemization of the RTC for inclusion in the General Appropriations Act for funding purposes;

4. thereafter, DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA to SUBMIT to DBM the funding requirements for the full implementation of R.A. 9373;

5. DIRECT the DBM to RELEASE the Supplemental Allotment Release Order (SARO) and the corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) for the full implementation of R.A. 9373;

6. HOLD IN ABEYANCE the organization of the RTC, Branches 43 and 44, Tacloban City, Leyte and in the Office of the Clerk of Court until such time that the DBM has released the aforesaid SARO and NCA;

7. AMEND Administrative Order No. 7, Series of 1983 to read as follows:

Branches 6 to 9, inclusive, Branch 34, 43 and 44 with seats at Tacloban City � over Tacloban City and the Municipalities of Alang-alang, Babatngon, Duiag, Jaro, Palo, Pastrana, Santa Fe, Tanauan and Tolosa.

8. AMEND all court records to conform with this development."
