Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated October 9, 2007

"A.M. No. 07-7-353-RTC.- Re: Creation of Additional RTC in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to be Stationed at the Municipality of Imelda. The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of Office of the Court Administrator in its Memorandum dated September 12, 2007, to AMEND the Resolution dated July 31, 2007 to read as follows:

"ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

Branch 24 with seat at Ipil - comprising the municipalities of Ipil, Kabasalan, Naga, Roseller T. Lim, Siay, Titay and Tungawan.

Branch 31 with seat at Imelda - comprising the municipalities of Alicia, Buug, Diplahan, Imelda, Mabuhay, Malangas, Olutanga, Payao and Talusan."

Once a presiding judge has been appointed to Branch 31 together with his staff and has assumed judicial functions, cases falling within the jurisdiction of the RTC originating from the municipalities of Alicia, Buug, Diplahan, Imelda, Mabuhay, Malangas, Olutanga, Payao and Talusan shall be filed in Branch 31 provided that:

a) The RTC of Ipil shall continue trying the pending cases under the jurisdiction of Branch 31 already heard by the former unless the parties agree that the cases be transferred to Branch 31; and

b) Cases already filed in the RTC of Ipil but have not yet reached the pre-trial stage in case of civil cases and the accused not yet arraigned in case of criminal cases which are cognizable by Branch 31, shall be unloaded to Branch 31." Ynares-Santiago & Azcuna, JJ., on official leave.
