G R E E T I N G S :
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court on 11 April 2012 promulgated a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit:cralaw
"A.M. OCA IPI No. 06-2421-RTJ (Ulpiano Patron vs. Judge Gerardo Paguio, Jr., Regional Trial Court, Br. 40, Dumaguete City).-

ACCORDINGLY, the Court resolves to:
1. DECLARE complainant Ulpiano Patron guilty of contempt of Court;
2. ORDER THE ARREST complainant Ulpiano Patron until compliance with the Court's resolutions; and
3. DIRECT the Director of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to: (a) ARREST and DETAIN complainant Ulpiano Patron until he fully complies with the Resolutions dated 17 March 2010 and 6 July 2011 by filing his explanation and paying the fine of P1,000.00; and (b) SUBMIT a report of his compliance with this Resolution within ten (10) days from notice.
The Division Clerk of Court is DIRECTED TO ISSUE the Order of Arrest and Commitment for immediate service by the National Bureau of Investigation"cralaw
NOW, THEREFORE, You are hereby COMMANDED to: [1] ARREST complainant Ulpiano Patron, and to COMMIT him to your detention cell until he complies with the Resolutions dated 17 March 2010 and 6 July 2011 by submitting his explanation and paying the fine of P1,000.00, unless further detained for some other lawful cause; and [2] SUBMIT a report of your compliance with this resolution within ten (10) days from notice.
